Djordje Djokovic: We hope court is independent and will make right decision

Djordje Djokovic is hoping the court will be independent and will make the right decision in the Novak Djokovic case.

Djokovic was detained at the Melbourne Airport for nine hours before the Australian Border Force cancelled his visa.

Djokovic was transported to an immigration hotel, where he is awaiting his visa court hearing.

Djokovic’s visa court hearing is set for Monday and the Djokovic family is hoping for a positive outcome.

“Today is a big day, we go to court, so the entire world can hear the truth and what has happened. We hope that the court is independent and that it will make the right decision, so Novak will be a free man,” Djordje said.

‘Novak Djokovic went through all the possible moods’

“I think Novak went through all possible phases and moods – he was angry, unhappy, sad, perhaps even laughing with irony, but he is peaceful now,” Djordje said, as revealed by Sasa Ozmo.

Djokovic’s request to stay at a rented apartment was denied by the Australian authorities.

A few days ago, Djordje ripped the Australian authorities for placing his brother in a “dirty hotel” and treating him “like a criminal.”

“He was taken to a migrant hotel to a dirty room without any belongings, which he was told would be returned to him upon his return to Europe,” Djordje said a few days ago, per Gaspar Ribeiro Lanca.

“He was treated like a criminal while he is a healthy and decent man and a sportsman who has not endangered anyone’s life and has not committed any federal or legal offence.”

Meanwhile. Djordje’s girlfriend, Saska Veselinov, shared a message of support for Novak.

“Truth always finds its way. We believe that you’ll come out of this situation even stronger, and for us you’re already the winner. You daily teach us with your actions,” Vaselinov said in an Instagram post.
