After withdrawing before the match with Matteo Berrettini at the Roland Garros 2021 and losing in the round of 16 of the ATP 500 tournament in Halle against an excellent Felix Auger-Aliassime, Roger Federer is ready to come back to compete in the tournament that gave him the greatest satisfactions, Wimbledon.
The Swiss champion will in fact participate at the Championships tournament next week and he will try to do his utmost to conquer an extraordinary success for the umpteenth time in his career. Considering Rafael Nadal’s forfeit, Federer will be the number seven seed of the London Slam; this means that he could end up in the same quarter-final as Novak Djokovic as already happened at the Roland Garros.
