ATP Rome: Rafael Nadal vs Novak Djokovic’s HIGHLIGHTS

Rafael Nadal won for the 10th time the Italian Open, ATP Masters 1000 in Rome, after winning in three sets against his rival Novak Djokovic, after 2 hours and 49 minutes of play.

After this challenge, Djokovic leads the head-to-head for 29-28. The Spaniard close the challenge with the final score of 7-5 1-6 6-3. In the deciding set Rafa have canceled two break points before winning sets and matches.

With this victory Nadal got his 88th career title, 62nd title on clay-courts and 36th ATP Masters 1000 (same number as Djokovic). Rafa also won the Italian Open for the 10th time.

So After Paris, Barcelona and Monte-Carlo, Rafa adds the title number ten to the series of successes also at the Italian Open. After having canceled a handful of match points to Denis Shapovalov, and having solved the problems of Reilly Opelka, the very Spanish champion wins an extraordinary match also against Novak Djokovic.
